You may use Merdot Studio to create and export designs and videos. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the Service or access it in unauthorised ways.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

You keep ownership of the designs, images and videos you create. You are responsible for your content, and you confirm you have the rights to any material you upload or import. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display your content so we can operate the Service for you (for example, saving and syncing your files).

Templates and built-in assets are provided to help you create your own work. AI features generate results based on your input · you are responsible for reviewing what you publish. Some features rely on third-party providers and may be added, changed or removed over time.

Do not use the Service to create or share content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or that violates others' rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We work hard to keep it reliable but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update the Service and these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.

To the extent permitted by law, Merdot Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Keep your own backups of work that matters to you.
